Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original Riedel boxes and use additional protective cushioning to ensure the crystal arrives back to us safely.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
